About the lecturer: Boris Kolmakov  is a US Certified Public Accountant (CPA), American Institute of Chartered Accountants (AICPA) Certified Specialist in Financial Investigations (CFF) and Cyber Threat Countermeasures (CITP). Certified Management Accountant by the International Institute of Certified Management Accountants (CGMA).

Purpose of the course: Purpose of the course: provide an overview of the existing IFRS requirements for accounting, valuation and disclosure of financial instruments transactions and review several case studies as at 1 January 2023 and planned changes as from 1 January 2024.


The course is designed for professionals who have experience in accounting for transactions with financial instruments and whose activities relate to the application of IFRS accounting requirements for financial instruments.
