1.4. 27 United Nations Development Goals (1 hour)

1.5. Business steakholders at the current stage. Who and how business affects, how business affects climate and society. (3 hours)

1.6. “Cost-free” resources. Change the company's objectives and business model when you enter a resource charge. (2 hours)

1.7. Human capital. The mutual influence of business and society. Public interest in business. (2 hours)

1.8. New in corporate governance with ESG approaches. What is needed to know, and what should members of boards and boards of directors follow? (2 hours)

 

 

2. Module II. ESG financing and operations. ESG for financiers.  (16 hours)

2.1. ESG funding. What is ESG compliance? (2 hours)

2.3. ESG funding organization. (2 hours)

2.4. Ratings related to ESG funding. (2 hours)

2.5. How ESG funding will be prepared and secured (1 hour)

2.6. How to invest in ESG tools. (1 hour)

2.7. Examples of ESG funding projects. (2 hours)

2.8. Features of legislation at the national and international levels. ESG Tools liquidity, secondary ESG Tools market. The main financial institutions involved in organizing ESG instruments. (2 hours)

2.9. Greenwashing and ways to counter unscrupulous practices of manipulation and deception of investors. (2 hours)

 




3. Module III. ESG reporting. ESG for financiers and chief accountants.  (16 hours)

 

Date of the seminar: May 28-29, 2024  from 11:00 to 18:00

 

3.1. Calculating the carbon footprint. Calculation steps, activity types that create a carbon footprint, industry characteristics in calculating the coal footprint. (4 hours)

3.1.1. Financial transactions and carbon footprint.

3.2. The concept of dual materiality. (2 hours)

3.3. Disclosure standards and ESG reporting standards. (4 hours)

3.4. ESG rating. Collect and analyze information for ESG ratings. (2 hours)

3.5. Examples of ESG discovery and ESG reporting by companies of various activities. Industry, regulatory features. (4 hours)

 

 

             At the end of each stage, a certificate of qualification is issued.
