Now, when Latvia joined the European Union, our law is oriented to EU directives. Latvian book-keepers are interested a lot in International Accounting Standards (IAS), because these standards are recognized in EU countries and many other countries all over the world. Target group of a training course: auditors, bank’s managers, accountants, financial directors and financial managers. Duration of a course: 64 hours. The beginning of a course: March, 2008 Place: Latvia, Riga, Meistaru street 10 - 301. Course’s advantages: • We offer You a studying program that will allow You to get familiar with all principal methods of transferring Latvian accountancy to International Accounting Standards. • Lectures are combined with practical exercises; there are exercises for individual studies. • Special practical exercises to remember course’s topics. • Course compares IAS with Latvian law. Student should write 7 assignments. At the end of a course students get the Diploma of Institute of Professional Financial Managers (Great Britain) The lecturers of a course: Ruta Teresko, Regina Jozuus, certified tutors of Institute of Professional Financial Managers, accountants.
