Why are IAS necessary? To give more complete and correct information about products profitability and value, enterprise’s profitability and stability. For whom is it obligatory to use IAS? From 2005 – for enterprises, shares of which are quoted on the Stock exchange. By the way, the International organization of Securities Comissions considers the accounting according to IAS principles as one of the evidence of foreign shareholders readiness to quote their securities. Maybe you would like your company to be listed in London or New York Stock exchange? Is there any profit from implementing the IAS? Of course! The implementation of IAS allows investors to consider company as more compatible in comparison with other capital’s claimants.
